Delivery and coordination

Clear separation between funding, coordination and delivery.

Social Value delivery operates through a coordinated, end-to-end process designed to ensure funding is targeted, compliant and results in measurable, place-based impact.

Yeme Community Capital governs funding but does not deliver activity directly. Delivery is undertaken by approved partners operating closest to communities, within a structured and auditable framework.

Delivery and coordination

Targeted Need Identification

Community needs are identified using independent, place-based analysis to pinpoint the populations and locations where Social Value investment can have the greatest effect. This ensures activity is focused on evidenced local priorities rather than generic interventions.

Coordinated Local Delivery

Delivery is led by trusted community and voluntary sector partners. Coordination and capacity-building support is provided to ensure activity is coherent, avoids duplication and strengthens local delivery capability. Where appropriate, suppliers may be connected to delivery partners or local initiatives, without assuming delivery or compliance responsibility.

Secure and Regulated Fund Management

Supplier contributions are held within a regulated custodial structure managed by Yeme Community Capital. Funds are securely managed, fully auditable, and released only for approved delivery aligned to the identified priorities.

Impact Evidence and Reporting

Delivery evidence is captured at activity level and validated centrally. Yeme Tech manages all Social Value reporting, converting delivery outputs into consistent, tender-ready evidence aligned to TOMs and wider ESG frameworks.
