Yeme Community Capital (YCC) is the financial foundation Yeme Community Capital (YCC) exists to solve a specific problem within procurement related to corporate Social Value delivery: ensuring that committed Social Value funding is handled efficiently, independently and with full audit confidence once contracts are awarded.
CC provides the financial custody and governance layer within the Yeme Procurement Model. It holds and administers Social Value contributions post-award, ensuring funds are ring-fenced, traceable and deployed strictly in line with agreed purposes.
YCC does not participate in bidding, programme design, delivery management or reporting. This separation protects suppliers, clients and delivery partners by ensuring financial governance remains independent from delivery and evidence generation.
